Information we use
We process account and sign-in details, profile choices, age-related onboarding information, friend connections, content you choose to share, reports and safety events, subscription status, and essential technical records needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide requested features, verify access, connect approved friends, deliver and reveal capsules, support parent approval, process memberships, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and improve reliability.
We do not use public follower counts because MiiiFriends does not have them. Private content is made available only through the access rules for the relevant account, friendship or capsule.
Young people and families
Age details help provide an appropriate joining experience. Where required, a parent or guardian approval record is used to manage access for a younger member.
Storage, sharing and choices
Service providers may process limited information for hosting, sign-in, payments, moderation and delivery under Klockity Limited’s instructions. We keep information only as long as needed for the service, safety, legal or accounting purposes.
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information by contacting miiifriends@klockity.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
